I work with a woman who tells me to "have a blessed day!" every time she leaves my office and I hate it. Every.single.time. Hate it with the unreasonable passion of a million burning suns. She's just being nice, IDK why I care but one day I'm going to snap and shout, "I'm an atheist, lady!"
For now I am sane and just say, "Thanks. You have a nice day too."
This would bug the sh*& out of me. How exactly do you have a "blessed" day?

Ughl! Bugs me too! I know they're just being nice but I want to throat punch people who say that. Especially at work, I think it's unprofessional for some reason...
Here's my flame-worthy opinion: now that I've had a cesarean, I'm actually looking forward to being able to have another c for our next kid. Maybe it's because I had such an easy recovery (and I know I'm lucky!) but I don't understand why someone would want a VBAC. Now we can schedule exactly when our next baby will be born and I don't have to wait around for 41 weeks and get induced again, and my vag stays intact! I was honestly terrified of delivering vaginally with this one. I was secretly relieved when my doctor said we needed to do a cesarean.
**I have nothing against women who decide to try for a VBAC, it's just not for me!

Ugh that would annoy me too! We have clients that end our phone conversations with God Bless you. I mean seriously.
I HATE when people feel they have to overdress their newborn in jeans, collar shirts, and heavy shoes. WTH there is plenty of time for that..Keep them comfortable GEEZ!

I don't think it's cute to have your kid pretending to hold your alcoholic drink. My cousin has endless pictures of her daughter holding her grandpa's beer at every party they go to, and she thinks it's adorable. I think its tacky and inappropriate and not a good picture for the photo album.
I really dislike when people tell me to "enjoy every minute!" of my LOs life. No, I'm sorry, but I do NOT enjoy the minutes when she is screaming in my ear or awake for the 5th time that night or throws up down my shirt. I enjoy a lot of the minutes, but not all of them. Ugh.

I concur with everything you said here. Definitely another c-section is the way to go for us.
After TTC with IR PCOS:
April 2011: Metformin 1500mg + Clomid 100mg + Ovidrel + Prometrium = BFP!
Beta #1 at 14DPO: 197 Beta #2 at 18DPO: 1296
At 40w6d, our Team Green surprise came by unplanned C-section and changed our lives forever!
no way! do you know how much sleep I get?!?! He started STTN at like 5wks
FWIW, my DD started sleeping through the night at 7 weeks and she is EBF and a small baby (just now 10lbs or a little over). Not to mention it takes 10 minutes to nurse her, she falls asleep at the breast, and I have no problems putting her down. Usually from crying to be fed/changed to asleep again is less than 15 minutes, and that includes a diaper change!

I have to agree. FFing seems so much easier:)
For my other kids, BFing was a breeze. This kiddo, hands down FF would be much easier. It's all about the individual baby IMO.
Ok, I'll agree with the individual baby caveat.
I look at it this way: her food is always ready, I don't need to mix anything, no bottles to wash (when we are together), it's always the perfect temperature, she is super portable because we can go anywhere without having to preplan for what she's going to need to eat while we're gone, and C is WAY faster on the boob than the bottle. I find it stressful trying to plan for how many ounces to leave while we're apart, having to wash bottles, etc.
Also, there is nothing like the feeling of going into the doc and seeing how she's growing and knowing that I did that with my milk. And I know the middle of the night wakeups won't last forever, and those sweet snuggles while we are both drowsy are moments that I will love when I'm old and gray.

All those reasons are why I loved BFing my other kiddos. The only reason this one is taxing is because she spends so much time on the breast. It's still easy to make and take along, though
Re: Thursday already?! UOs!
Word!! I would pass Scar off to random strangers if it means I get a break
