DS has gotten in the habit of going to bed between 8:30 and 9:30 since I'm not working and we don't have to be up at any specific time. Any earlier and he's up before the sun...he's just never needed a lot of sleep. As a result, DD seems to have fallen into his schedule at night...but she doesn't end up being fully in bed until about 9:30/10 and then I'm exhausted. It doesn't leave us with much kid-free time before we go to bed. I don't want to rock the boat completely, because DD has been STTN from about 9:30/10 - 6:00, which is good compared to what it was.
What time do you start your bedtime routine? What time does your LO actually go to sleep? What time does your LO wake up?
Re: Bed time
DH works 2nd/3rd shift so I take his dinner to him around 9 PM. DD has been falling asleep in the car while Daddy eats and is super drowsy when I wake her to actually put her to bed. Actually asleep in bed usually happens 9:30/10:00 and she has been sleeping until 6:30AM most nights.

My Ovulation Chart
Well, I only have one LO, which I think makes it infinitely easier!
But since you asked
DD usually starts her last nursing session between 8:30 and 9pm. Our routine adjusts based on the activities of the day- does she need a bath, has she been fussy, etc. If we bathe her we start that around 7:45, which gives us time to loligag (sp?) and still start her feeding by 8:30pm and she'll be asleep before 9.
When down around that time, she will wake up between 3:30 and 5. Still not consistent enough to call a certain time. It IS generally closer to 5, though.
Unless he's had a really late nap (usually the result of missing an earlier nap!) we try to get DS down between 7:30 and 8, so on bath night the routine starts at 7.
It doesn't seem to matter what time we put him to bed, DS is up anywhere between 5 and 6:20am. For example, yesterday DS had a late nap because he missed his 4pm nap, so he didn't get to sleep until 8:45pm and he was still up at 5:10am. I pulled him into bed to nurse and try to doze off, and he was happy to eat but wanted nothing to do with going back to sleep!

OY I wish I was in your shoes!
I'll try putting my DD to bed at 9 but have learned that she will not go to sleep until 11pm. She's up at 2 am!!! And after that the night is pretty much over. She will wake up all the time b/c her paci will fall out. I'm not sure how much longer I can handle this....
She NEVER sleeps. But is not fussy. Happy and always awake baby. It's exhausting lol
