Recommend Thermometer!

We got really good w/ the rectal thermometer. Now with bigger kids, we don't have a good substitute. I have a mid-price Braun ear thermometer that's terrible. You get totally different readings every time you use it and often it shows under normal when I can tell LO has a fever. Please recommend your ear/temporal/underarm/whatever thermometer that actually works! We aren't ready for under-the-tongue.

I have the Exergen Temporal and it's awesome.  Got it at Taregt and it's the one that the pedi uses.
