Prepping my stash...

I've got some Grovia AIOs, about 24 prefolds and a few PUL covers...

I know the AIOs and prefolds will need a bunch of washes to prep...Can I prep them together?  Will colours run? What is the best method? A little bit of detergent and hot/warm/cold water? Do I need a bunch of rinses each time? Do I use detergent each time?

 But the PUL covers, I just wash once and dry once, right? Again... will colours run?  Hot/warm/cold water?

I boiled the prefolds for about a half hour this afternoon to get them started.

1.  Grovia AIO's seem to be all cotton besides the outside - so should be find prepping with the prefolds.  You will need hot water and little detergent for the first run through.  Then dry.  Then wash in hot and dry.  Repeat about 5 or 6 times.  You could also boil the prefolds for 20 minutes and then dry, wash and dry and they should be good.  I wouldn't do that to the Grovias because of the outer and snaps.  And now that I read your last line - you only need to wash and dry your prefolds one more time.

2.  PUL covers hot wash and hot dry.  I've never had colors run.
