Not sure what's going on....

I haven't had a cycle since January. I took numerous pregnancy tests, and they all came back negative. I tested as soon as one week past my expected period in february, and as late as sometime in march. I haven't tested yet in April because...what's the point??

 Back in 2010, I had a cyst surgically removed from my right ovary. Doctor said I wasn't polycystic, I just had a random (albeit large!) cyst there. He also said that I had no hope of conceiving on my own, and that I would require extensive help through invetro (sp?) and such. Nearly 6 months to the date of my surgery, I conceived DD. Needless to say, I chose a new OB for my pregnancy.

I'm wondering what the odds are of me having a cyst again?? I'm having cramping/pains in my abdomen. They feel like bad period cramps. I know that ultimately I need to get into my doctor, but I'm afraid it will mean surgery again. Ugh, I'm a wimp. I need to just go.

    I'm sorry that you're going through this, but you pretty much gave yourself the best advice in the last few lines of your post.
