I just lost it...

I got a speeding ticket yesterday and I just lost it.... full waterworks. Has anyone else just been so overwhelmed that they lost it. I couldn't stop crying...I think it was at least an hour before it stopped.

    Not recently but a couple of years ago this guy backed his car into mine and while I was pissed at first, I ended up crying.

    On the anniversary of my daughter's death, last month, I got a speeding ticket, but that didn't send me over the edge.  Later that night, ds was mad at the dinner table and threw spaghetti all over the kitchen floor.  I wound up going to the bedroom and sobbed.

    My life can be so completely overwhelming that there are days where it's all I can do to not just break down into tears. I'm about 99% positive that if I got a speeding ticket or something similar happened to me, that's about all it would take to bring on the major water works.

    Yes, I have totally done that!  I have sat in my car during lunch just bawling my eyes out!  I hope you feel better soon!
