    I feel like LO needs to be as cute as possible. We are going with a GMD prefold and a brand new BB dinosaur-print coverall. I am brainstorming on how to coordinate the rest of his outfit to match. I'm also packing a couple back-up covers (owls & giraffes!) in case of a wardrobe malfunction, ie- pooptastrophe.

    Here's another question- Do you save your cutest diaper for the before or the after? Hmm... That's another reason I was leaning towards prefolds & covers...

    I think I will save it for "the big change". I think it will get more noticed that way. Stick out tongue Plus, I can see him pooping in his cute diaper right before I leave the house and having to change him out of it. lol

    You might wanna double check with your event leaders to make sure the prefold is ok. The rules at my location said no diapers w/o tags, and excluded PFs, but my GMD yellow edge DO have Clotheez tags so I can't see why they wouldn't be allowed. The cover idea is good though, I like to match LO's outfits and covers too!

    DS has a shirt from H&M that says "My Earth Needs Your Love" so he will be wearing that along with whatever diaper he'll have on. I've got "plain old" BGs or a fitted of some sort. Haven't decided on the diaper yet LOL.

    My local GCDC asked this on Facebook today, too.  I was planning on putting her in whatever is clean, lol.

    I'm both putting him in and then changing him into diapers that I made. They are commercially available on my Etsy site so it's legal. Smile
