Would fitteds and wool be a good addition for a baby that does well in Pockets?

Sorry the title is so long. Would you recommend fitteds and wool when pockets do well on my LO? I would like to add something other than pockets just to spice things up and I think fitteds and wool would breathe a little better then always having a PUL lining on her tush. Fleece lined prefolds laid in a cover do okay for us too.

Are fitteds and wool less bulky then pockets or about the same?

Any tips for a wool newbie? I have two skirties that are a little big on her right now so I will be using wool down the road anyways, why not now too.

In my experience with DD, fitteds and wool are bulkier.  I liked fitteds during the NB stage, but I rarely use the ones we have now.  She's worn the wool covers/longies we have maybe three times.  She'll probably wear wool more in the summer when she's at home with DH!

Fitteds and wool are more bulky than pockets.  I love fitteds because of the breathability factor and also because they're just so cute.  They work great for overnights too.

We use fitteds for naps/night time. Our favorites for overnight are Old School Cool, Bububebe, and Monkey Snuggles. We have to add a hemp insert as well. I made the soakers that we use now, but my first pair was an upcycled one from Ocean Babies on etsy. It was about $12. Don't be afraid to try wool-It's been the greatest CDing discovery we made. It seems like it won't work, but it does.

Does the fitted and wool combo breathe a lot better then? I am trying to think of a diapering system that lets her butt breathe a little better especially on hot summer days.

Yes, this combo allows the skin to breathe much, much better.
