Selling a Crib on Craigslist?

Is it illegal to sell a used crib?  We transitioned LO to a twin bed this weekend and have no plans for a second child.  I heard that the Goodwill will not accept used Cribs any more and someone told me that it is illegal to sell them?  It is not a drop side or anything.  I'd love for someone to get some more use out of it.

    As long as it hasn't been recalled it's not illegal.  

    We bought ours on CL and it was great!  No regrets at all!

    I posted one of ours on CL and it sold literally in 3 mins.  Never heard about it being illegal

    Per CL it's illegal to sell a dropside crib and you cannot get a 2nd hand crib from used baby item stores (as I've been told).

    Personally, my local CLters still sell drop side cribs.  And the worst CL will do is remove your post.
