California baby makes one that we have been using. They also make "stickers" that are like little plastic shapes that repel bugs. Just have to make sure your child doesn't try to eat them.
Our pedi said any spray that is deet free is okay to use. At DD's daycare, they also stay away from the brand Natrepel. They've had allergic reactions to that brand.

Blessed with a beautiful, healthy baby girl on 11/22/2009.
The wait, though heartbreaking, was well worth it.
Re: Bug spray for LOs?
I really like Jason's Quit Bugging Me! spray. I bought it at BRU.
Target sells Burt's Bees bug spray next to their other bug sprays, and that is safe to use on kids as well.
