This check-in is for mommies who lost a baby due in the month of August (any year), and any late loss mommies who gave birth and lost their precious angel in August. 

New to the check in: Welcome.  I?m so sorry you find yourself here but hope you find the love and support you need from the amazing women on TTCAL.  Tell us a bit about yourself, where you are in the TTCAL process, and don?t forget to include your August EDD or birth date.

crystal8503: Got a BFP on April 5^th! EDD 12/16/12!

jobalchak- Was going to wait until AF showed up to test, but tested early and got a BFP! EDD?

Big_Noise: 10dpo on TTA cycle.  Next cycle is a TTA too.  Seems like LP is lengthening though!

Kpsbabyzoe: At the end of taking Provera, and no sign of AF yet.

ncchnat- CD12 after long (11 day!) AF. Got the ok to TTC from doctor but still waiting this one out. 

EKGibs- CD26, which is the day AF is due, and no sign of her yet.  Waiting until AF is at least a few days late to test.

shellyco- Currently in the 2ww, and waiting until AF instead of testing early.  Has a very short LP.

Look at me posting this check-in a decent hour of the day..I think we're onto something good!

I've been feeling a lot better just emotionally and mentally about the whole TTCAL process.  My first EDD is rapidly approaching, but I'm doing much better with it lately.  I'm not even sure what turned this around.

So, I finished taking Provera on Thursday and had horrendous cramps Friday, but now nothing.  Still waiting around for AF to show and I'm a little worried that the Provera didn't work.

QOTW:

I do use Swagbucks and I haven't accumulated enough to cash in on anything yet.  I rarely use the search bar because the results aren't very good.

I like this quote because I definitely think its true and lately I've been trying to live by it.  I think that may be why I'm feeling better about this TTCAL journey.

FF gave me CH this morning. So I'm officially in the 2ww. They have my test day as 4/28, 15 dpo, so I'm going to try my hardest this time to actually wait till that day. I doubt it'll happen, so I', going to have DH hide the tests till 11dpo. Last cycle I started testing 8dpo, and I had a major melt down. This has been a very stressful cycle. So if I don't get a BFP this cycle, I think I'm going to rethink how we go about next cycle.

QsOTW: I don't use Swabucks, never heard of it till just now. The insprational quote hit the nail on the head for me. My reaction to things usually makes everything much worse. If I could learn to take things in stride more, I think things wouldn't stress me out as much.

My Update: I am at CD31. O was apparently at CD20 (Dotted CH's). Although there are empty circles (due to some insomnia) I am having a temp line that is trending up, with only 1 temp below Coverline at 6DPO.

I expected AF on CD 28, 29, 30, and now 31. I've cried just about everything this weekend. That said, AF is either throwing me some interesting PMS or if she continues to be a no-show my scheduled Bata test is justified in 2 days. I can't POAS really, as I still had a positive as of the last AF since the MC.

1) Inspirational Quote: Yes, I would agree with this quote. It's almost always about weather or not I take a situation in a good way, or in a bad way. If I remember to use this logic, I can usually see a silver lining - Very encouraging at this time of my life. 

2) Swagbucks: I found that the searches were not that great, and I ended up having to use Google almost every time. Therefore I stopped using them.

Copying from the November check-in b/c I don't have the energy to type it again:

AF arrived officially for me last Friday, so that gave me a 12 day LP. That was making me feel better but some weight issues are not. I've been very good the last week and am up. This might not sound like a bit issue to some, but I work very hard to keep the weight off that I lost years ago and I haven't been bad enough to warrant this type of weight gain. I'm starting to get concerned that there is def. something going on. I am going to give everything another week and see how I"m doing and then consider talking to my Dr. I won't let whatever is going on take away my weight loss too. It's honestly the last thing holding me together through all this.

QOTW: Haven't use swagbucks. Might consider it though. I probably could use a quote like that right now. I do think things are often related to how you react to them. However, just really struggling today. I felt like I really gave things a good effort last week with jumping back into really eating right (I never totally get off the bandwagon) and I got slapped with another weight gain. It's been pretty deflating.

My update:  I was waiting for AF to show because I had so little faith in my LP.  Well, surprise of surprises, my LP shows now sign of ever quittiing and I'm 12DPO.  I started testing 10DPO and BFNs.  Now after examining my chart it could be possible I Oed waaay later than FF (and me) thinks.  I don't have any more ICs so now I really will be waiting for AF. 

QsOTW:  I don't know what swagbucks is.  Is it like an online coupon thing?  If so, I doubt my state has any deals.

I agree with the inspirational quote, especially when it comes to TTC.

Still nothing to report here. Cd33 today. Bfn over the weekend. My cycles have ranged from 37-58 days so I'm not even sure when I'd expect AF anyway. I'm just waiting for her to show up so I can start temping next cycle. Just waiting...

 I was super sick this past weekend, fever of 100.9. That wasn't fun. But feeling fine now.

Currently TTA....trying to decide if I'm ready to start TTC again. 

I love that quote and totally agree with it. We can't choose a lot of what happens to us in life. I try to remember to change my outlook or be more positive when faced with daily stress, or huge trials. 

And yes I use swagbucks, Its a easy way to make a few bucks. I probably make $5 for amazon every month. Its better than nothing, for doing basically nothing!!

I don't post normally here but I'd like to start. My EDD was 8/30/12. Right now I am on CD 28. Didn't chart this cycle so no clue when I ovulated but tested this morning with a BFN. If this cycle is a bust, I will definitely be charting again. I hate not knowing. 

QOTD: I've heard of swag bucks but that's ab it.

Hi all, Sorry I missed last week.  I'm now on CD5, so last cycle wasn't it for me.  Last cycle was the first time that I noticed my O date jumping around on me.  (Prior to MC I was pretty much like clockwork.)  Because I wasn't expecting it so early, we completely missed our window.  After last cycle's surprise, I am thinking of maybe trying OPKs this time around.

update: AF finally showed up on CD 29 (that witch). Now I'm on CD 5 & started clomid again today. I also started charting so chart stalkers are welcome b/c I have no idea what I'm doing lol.

I dont use swagbucks. I like the quote, too.
