DD is finally eating finger foods, but mainly soft ones. She can handle pancakes, bananas, plums, freeze dried fruit, puffs, scrambled eggs, pasta, and broccoli.
The only protein really is the eggs. What else can I give her? If the food is too hard so gags and throws up. Maybe I just need to keep trying. We did baby meatballs last week but she threw up.

We're not allowed to do any diary until she's one. We had milk intolerance problems early on. She had allergy testing which was negative but the GI recommended we wait until she's one to do any diary...

Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize! I agree with the other suggestions for beans then, Liam is a huge fan of black beans.

LO HATES beans...that is a problem since we are vegetarian.

I second this. Ash loves beans. I actually buy packs of dry beans and cook them. Then I freeze them into cubes. Be prepared for whole beans in the diaper though, it freaked MH out a bit!
