Walmart crib set - to good to be true?

We have been looking at the 4 in 1 cribs and most are around $300-400 for the crib only.  I was looking at the walmart website and found this Graco 4 in 1 crib, dresser and glider for $299.00.

To good to be true, the same crib is selling at Sears for 497.99?

I think they can do it because they order and sell so many so probably get a great deal from the supplier.  I have purchased walmart furniture before and been very pleased with it so I wouldnt have an issue purchasing it.  Its not going to be solid wood construction especially on the dresser, but when you put it together try to be as careful as possible that it all goes together securely and you should be ok.  We saw a set for $399 at Zellers(no glider but a changetable and I would much rather the glider) so I think its a great deal!

My BFF has one and she is happy with it. Her LO is 15 months old and it still looks good. It might be something that doesn't last for a second child but its too early to tell. She also got a dresser from Walmart to and it looks good, after awhile the drawers started to get loose and needed to be tighted.

Thanks for the replies... for $299 I just can't pass it up.  If it only lasts through baby1 (not sure if there will even be a baby 2) I will be happy.  I have a hard time paying so much for a crib for a baby.  We figure with this price we can let him/her pick out a toddler bed when they are ready for one.

We got my daughter a convertible Graco crib from Babies R Us and it was around $180. It's a beautiful crib, very solid and well-made. Now that we know we can get something so nice for so little, I would never spend more on a crib.
