NICU nurse here, and while the parent population as a whole is pretty yoo-neek in its own right, I just heard of a baby named Navayah. Yep. It's true. This poor baby can't even have a screwed up name screwed up RIGHT! Poor girl.....

I do know a Nivea (pronounced the same way), actually, but she is 16, and was born way before the "heaven spelled backwards" trend. Just an unfortunate coincidence.

That's funny, because the first time I saw it written, I said "Oh, like the lotion?". Her mother was not amused. She swears its a family name on the father's side.
