Today i'm walking and every one that saw me was like, "Oh, walking to get that baby out right?!" Ya not really. I'm walking because I like to walk? I get men telling me to eat spicy food, old ladies telling me to go for a ride on a bumpy road, women telling me to dtd with DH (akward when I don't know them!), friends insisting caster oil, this one telling me this, or that one telling me that. All I do is smile and say, baby will come when she wants. Most of these people I don't even KNOW.

Re: Why does everyone have to tell me to do this or that to go into labor?
yeah i'm in the same boat. It's super irritating and annoying... grrr
Ughhhh - Me too!
"Are you still pregnant?" .... my answer, "Um, YES! My due date isn't until Friday April 20th. Why are you so concerned with getting my kid out early?!"
For goodness sake, it's not even time yet.
Yeah, I walked 3-4 km a day before DD1 was born and it did not do a THING except wear me out. Stay home and rest!
One of the nurses in my ob's office actually asked me that! I was like...obviously lady...I wouldn't be here if I wasn't.
No, I had the baby. And I just shoved a ball under my shirt so I could come here.

Now I can see why pregnant women (at this point) are getting pissy.
Right there with ya!
Exactly! I am SO not in the mood to even really talk to/see people that I know are going to keep asking me "so, no baby yet?". Uh, do you see a freakin' baby?!?! My brother's annoying GF just wrote on my FB wall (in all caps) "WHERE THE HELL IS THE BABY?!". I didn't even respond because I couldn't think of anything non-bitchy to say. And, I have to see her tonight at family dinner. I hope I can make it through the night without snapping at her.
