Babies: 0 - 3 Months

BF question...

If you have had to cut out dairy or any other food that seemed to bother your dc, how long did it take to notice an improvement?  In other words, if I stopped consuming dairy after lunch yesterday, how long until it is not in my milk?

Re: BF question...

  • From what I have read, it take 3 weeks for dairy to be fully out of your system. ?

  • 3 weeks!!!  O good lord!  That is a long time!  I am not even sure dairy is the culprit!  Can lactose issues develop over time?  I've only noticed a problem recently, DD is 3 1/2 months.  I'm calling the dr. w/ my suspicions tomorrow but in the meantime I am obsessing =(
