Yes, I would. Our pediatrician told me that siblings will most likely follow suit as far as sensitive tummies, so I'd go with what worked for your first.
I asked our pedi about this last Thursday at DS 9 month check up. DS has been on Isomil Soy since about 3 weeks old. Our pedi said it wouldn't hurt to just start DS# 2 on it as well. I plan on pumping and supplementing with formula, so I will have to cut the dairy out of my diet 2 weeks before my EDD to help.

That's what we did. DD had a lot of trouble with regular formula so we moved her to hypoallergenic at 4 months old, and she did a bit better. We did the hypoallergenic formula for DS from day 1, and he's eaten GREAT. I will also go with hypoallergenic for #3.
Re: Formula Opinion needed
My dd2 had exact same issues as dd1--so I would say yes you might want to. Both my girls had colic, acid reflux and milk protein intolerance.

I don't see why not, especially for the first few months.
My DD needed sensitive formula for the first 2 months or so, then we switched to regular.
Her tummy issues were nothing like my first child's though.
We are going to start LO#2 on the Enfamil Gentlease that DS is on. The Ped said it was fine since problems tend to run the same in siblings.
