Something cute

Last night my daughter was asking for another ice pop and my Mom was telling me that she had already had plenty of snacks before I got home. So I told my daughter that she couldnt eat anything else until we had some dinner. I had mentioned to my mom that I wanted to giver her a Peep from her basket since she had nothing out of it since Easter. I ended up spelling out Peep so my dd wouldnt know what I was talking about. My dd started to giggle and stuck her hands to her face telling me that she wanted a E.E.P. I ended up giving her one and asked her if she knew what she was eating she started to giggle again and squeeled "YES! An E.E.P".

Re: Something cute

  • That's really cute!  Our DD started doing this too, she's started to pick up on things we commonly spell out like c.a.k.e. and n.a.p.  Usually that's like I say to DH, "someone is going to take an n.a.p. soon" and DD immediately says, "NO NAP!" Uh oh..haha
