Around $80 per month. We use Pampers Sensitive Swaddlers for DD and Pampers Cruisers for DS. For wipes we use Pampers Sensitive. I have auto-delivery from Amazon.com using their Amazon Prime and Amazon Mom programs.
I do amazon mom subscribe and save pampers baby dry (about $30) and get a box of huggies overnight every month ($20)
Every other month I also get a box of pampers cruisers since both are in the same size and I go through about 10-15 diapers a day so just a box of baby dry isn't enough but 2 boxes a month is too much.
So about $50-60 a month and I get wipes from Costco about every other month.

this, except I think they last about a month an a half at 80$.
Edit: nope. I just checked my amazon orders. this is exactly right.
I think I might switch to Target after reading this thread. But I really love pampers.

Thinking about having two under two, so I'm lurking. It takes an adjustment period to get used to Up & Up after having pampers, but after a few weeks it's not bad. You get used to it and the savings really adds up.

I just made the switch from Huggies Snug and Dry to Target Up & Up. So far, so good, and I love that they don't have Mickey Mouse or Winnie the Pooh on them.
OP, I use Up & Up diapers and Pampers Sensitive wipes. I only have one in diapers, so I am not the population you are looking for, but will have another in diapers come November. I will estimate $65-70 per month.

This except for the Amazon part, but I'm going to have to look into that!

We spend about $20-$25 a month between wipes and diapers. We use Target's Up&Up brand diapers and Huggies Pure and Natural wipes.
This exactly-- love Target Up & Up diapers and Huggies wipes. I feel like we barely spend anything on diapers. Formula is another story... (and we use Up & Up formula!)

We've recently started to potty train DD1 so our costs have dropped a bit recently. We still buy pull-ups for her for when we go out and for naps/bedtime. With both in diapers, we'd spend roughly $70/month between diapers and wipes. I use Pampers.

$20 a month for two kids in diapers and wipes? How many diaper changes are you doing a day per kid?
The cheapest way to go is Costco if you have membership. And buy Kirkland not Huggies. Kirkland is cheaper than Huggies, and they are made by the same company. I have bought Kirkland wipes for years. They come in a box of like 900 for $10 I think. Basically you get more for less over the name brand. (Honestly my kids never cared what I used to wipe their bums, just as long as they got clean)
If you don't have a Costco membership, the Target brand is probably one of the better alternatives to name brands. I would always buy the largest box that I could of whatever size diaper I needed at the time. I think the most I have ever spent was about $90 for a two month supply for a toddler and a newborn, and that was at Costco (that's two boxes of diapers and wipes).
Oh and the ONLY time I buy name brand (ie Pampers or Huggies) is when they are itty bitty. They are the only companies that make the Newborn size. Luckily enough, my kids grew like weeds and I usually only had to buy one package of that size.

We spent around $50 when they were both in diapers, probably a little more during the newborn stage. We always buy the cheapest, either Luvs or the Walmart brand (Target is actually more expensive than Luvs usually...at my Target anyway). We only used pampers for the newborn stage. We also use Walmart wipes.
I buy Luvs on Amazon - Size 3 for DD, Size 6 for DS. I buy 2 boxes per month for DS and 1 for DD, totaling $93. I buy a box of Wipes from Sam's Club (their Member's Mark brand) every other month - $15. So, Right around $100 per month.
DS poops a lot. Like five times a day.

Re: If you currently have 2 in diapers...
$24.99 for 156 size 4 diapers every 3 weeks or so.
Wipes we buy every few months. We get the big box with 700 wipes for $12 and it lasts quite a while.
Right now I have 3 in diapers full time and 1 part-time(at night)
We spend about 15$ on wipes a month...that is for the diaper bag and for at home.
We buy white cloud pull ups for older DS one pack is 33 pull ups for about 10$
We buy 4 packs of nighttime pull ups for DD(34 diapers a pack)(she uses those full-time)about 15$ a pack.
Then the twins use Huggies slip-ons for the diaper bag...I buy one jumbo bag a month...I think that is around 14$.
At thome we use Huggies little movers....2 boxes a month...24.99 a piece if on sale usually 22.99...they have 80 diapers in a box.
Sooooo we spend about 150.00$ a month!
