Middle name for Lane

I really love the name Lane for a boy. Last name starts with a G, is one syllable. What would your pair with Lane for a mn? I don't like any of our family names. The one thing I can think of is Lane August. Any other suggestions?

Love the name Lane! Since your last name is one syllable I would use a longer middle name, and I am partial to traditional names like Christopher, Thomas, or Matthew. I really like Lane Christopher. Good Luck!

I like Lane, but I don't think Lane August sounds right...too choppy or something. Lane Augustus or Augustin maybe?

My only suggestion is to make sure it has multiple syllables since the first and last name are one syllable each.

My first thoughts were Lane Michael and Lane Robert.

I don't mind Lane August but I don't like the fact that they are both "things".

Let that be a warning. I know two little Lanes who wear a lot of pink. It's my cousin's family surname- her DD and her grandchild share the name.

I kind of like Lane Arden. Though I'd prefer a 3 syllable name with two short names- Avery, Addison, Benjamin, Theodore

Its ok, I'll take the risk.
