Failed D&C

I had my first appointment on 3/29 and was measuring at 6 weeks 3 days and should have been about 7 weeks.  The Dr. had me come back 10 days later for a repeat ultrasound in case my dates were wrong and I was still measuring at 6 weeks 3 days.  I was scheduled for a D&C yesterday which failed due to my "abnormal cervix and anatomy"  I have started bleeding today.

 Has this happend to anyone else?  How long have you bleed afterwards.

I had 3 d&c procedures in the last two weeks.  My doctor apparently missed the tissue the first two times.  I had to go the ER on Sunday because of severe bleeding and clots (fillling a pad in seconds) and it turned out the sac was still present and I had a 3rd d&c with u/s guidance this time.
