Hi, I'm expecting our 2nd baby. I am 12 weeks along now. I had a csection with our 1st and he's a year old now. Am I going to be running into complications? I healed great and haven't had any issues. You can't even see my scar anymore. Any comments and knowledge would be very appreciated.

I found out I was pregnant with this LO right after DD first birthday. I have not had any complications at all with this pregnancy. My doctor was not concerned at all when I came in pregnant only after a year.

I had ds2 by rcs 15 months after ds1. This time there is 20 months between ds2 and ds3. My OB wasn't worried either time and I'm not more high risk b/c of it

We got pregnant at 4 months pp so my RCS will be at the 12 month mark between my girls. My OB said there shouldn't be anything to worry about.

I got pregnant with #2 when #1 was 15 months, and delivered via rcs almost 2 years to the day. A little farther apart than most of the other posters, but OB said there was nothing to worry about. Congrats on #2.

Oh, that should be no problem. I remember being worried when I got pregnant six months after open fibroid surgery - with spontaneous twins no less! That is more risky because of multiple incisions all over the uterus, not just in the thickest (and safest) part - where the c-section is performed. And my doc was not worried in the least. And my uterus did not explode (as I had honestly feared it might - crazy, right?).
