Anybody get their MW approved as an in-network exception?

I got my approval letter yesterday (yay!!) but not sure how this changes anything on my part except for how much I have to pay.  Does anybody have any experience?

I'm not sure if I need to do anything differently with my MW (inform her, etc.) or if things will just process on their own.  Thoughts?
