Seriously Mr. Bossman?

So my work is bringing in a temp while I am on maternity leave. There are only 3 of us in my department, and we all know how to do eachother's jobs to back eachother up. My coworker and I were honestly surprised they're bringing in a temp. Anyways, my team lead is panicking about this. He keeps asking me when I'm going to be gone and asking when he should get somebody in here for me to train. I just keep telling him my due date is June 25, I'm working up until I have the baby so that I can take all of my leave after he is born. I can't predict exactly what day I'm going to go into labor. The best I can tell him is so far I've had no complications, he's measuring on the small side, so I don't foresee them inducing labor early for any reasons. But that doesn't mean I might not go into labor early. But I could also go into labor 1-2 weeks late. I just don't know. And he's upset I can't give him exact dates... Ugh!!!
