Just bought an ovulation kit--when should i start using it??

I just had a m/c this past wednesday.  This is a 7 day kit.  Ive never used one before...anyone know when i should start??

According to the directions you need to see how long your cycle is.  it then tells you on which day you should start testing.  Being that you just had a miscarriage, you probably aren't back to your normal cycle just yet because of the hormones and all.  I'm sure you can test when you think you would normally ovulate but don't expect to see anything this month.  I'm not sure which brand of tests you bought but if you go to First Response's website they have the directions right there.  My thought is that most, if not all, other brands function the same way.  Also, keep in mind that since you may not be back to your normal cycle just yet, you might have to buy more ovulation tests.  Good luck and I hope I didn't confuse you more.

i use the clear blue easy ovulation kit, thats how i got pregnant last time. Its a little on the expensive side but super easy and really accurate. a little tmi but we only did the deed one time in the month i got pregnant and it said that was the day to do it (a little confusing). but with this kit you have to wait till your period starts. and on the first day you turn it on and about day 9 of your cycle it asks you to test, i ovulated like day 13. I am not sure if that helps but i am pretty sure you have ti wait till you get your period.
