OOP hearing today

I got a new judge today. And she wasn't in the mood to read the novel of texts and emails from stbxh.  She didn't renew the OOP but did issue a restraining order to keep him away from me.  She also told him he could only text and email with me. And excessive calls, texts, and emails are harrassment  and he will be charged with a felony if he continues. Of course he heard none of this.  The texts have already started. They have nothing to do with DD.  I hate this.  This isn't what I signed up for. Oh and the divorce won't be finalized until a year after we decide everything. And we can't agree on anything.  Will someone make the lil gray cloud that's following me go away.

    Go file a police report if he is violating the restraining order.  If the texts or emails get to the point of harrassment then go file police reports and/or file for a modification or new OOP/restraining order.
