Let the freaking out begin

I'm a paranoid mess. In order to get off the caffeine I started drinking caffeine free tea. Unfortunately it's all herbal. Now I'm freaked it's going to screw up my crap eggs even more than they already are. Also, I'm getting freaked out about my sugar consumption because I love me some sweets. Did I mention DH started riding his bike hardcore even though I asked him not to until after we cycled? Is it the fear of the last that is making me freak out about every little thing? I just want to press fast forward so I don't have all this nervous buildup, second guessing going on.

It's the nature of the IF beast.  So much is out of our control you want to control everything little thing you can.

FWIW... tea can be good for IF, for herbal tea try Red Raspberry Leaf (not Raspberry) as great for the female system.

You can only do so much, I am doing what you are doing but then, I am not sure if any of it will help with my crappy eggs BUT I got double the eggs at last weeks ER than IVF#1 so something went better than last time.

Hugs, I hate when things are out of our control. DH wants to ride his bike to work and I didn't even think about his MFI issues. Crap. Not much we can do. Just try to eat better and hopefully things will work out.

I can relate to freaking out about the loss of control.  Hang in there. 

Just an idea . . . but would a second opinion at another clinic help put your mind at ease?  I know you are committed to your current clinic for this last cycle, but maybe a second opinion as to some of these things that are worrying you (like being over suppressed on BCPs) could help -- either you'd feel more confident in your current approach, or you have more information to advocate for the changes you want with your doctor.  Just trying to think of something that might help (and maybe this would make it worse!  I don't know  . . . )  I was thinking that something like this might help me in your shoes so that I didn't feel like I had left any stones unturned.
