Happy Easter to everyone (who celebrates) I hope your day was better than mine. I spent almost the entire day being asked by dh's friends family (people who don't even know my name) when we were gonna have a baby and why we don't have a baby.....ummmm if u don't know my name,don't concern yourself with my uterus and what may or may not be growing in there. Geesh! Vent over

So sorry, I know they mean well and probably think it's their way of making conversation.  I always dread family gtg's b/c there's always that family member who asks when are we going to have a baby.  ugh.  Hugs to you.

Thanks Ladies! I know they meant well and I knew right when we walked in the door and saw our friends baby that the interrogation was about to begin.  I just need to come up with a better response than , DH jumped in each time with a clever response as I sat there speechless.

That's so tough. I've been there and I never end up saying what I had planned. I hope it either goes better next time or you have positive news on the IF front... or both!

((hugs)). I always want to say something clever but I end up getting to annoyed, and just say "when the time is right, I'll be sure to let you know."

Yeah, don't you love that? Last year, a relative of DH's (only 10 years older than me) starting lecturing me about why I need to start TTC now, and why it is very bad to wait until my mid-thirties to have my first child. Mind you, this was at a point when DH and I had already been TTC for two years and were struggling (in secret) with infertility.
