Prometrium Question

Hey ladies. I should be starting Prometrium supps any time now. The nurse called me the day I did my trigger shot (Mon the 2nd) and told me but I've completely forgotten. I just got my last +OPK friday.

I'll call tomorrow to verify, but in the meantime I just wanted to make sure I wasn't supposed to start today. How long from O do you start?

    I am always told to do it three days after I ovulate on cycles where I do not take a trigger shot, and night three after IUI on treatment cycles (so for example IUI was today, and tonight counts as night one.  I will begin it on Tuesday night).

    TTC since July 2009. Dx MFI & LPD. 
    IUI#1&2&3 (2011 & 2012) BFN
    IUI#4 1/23/13 on 75iu x9 Follistim = BFP then chem preg m/c (Feb 2013)
    IUI#5 BFN (April 2013)
    IVF w/ICSI Oct. 2, 2012 - 13R, 11M, 7F, 1 frozen blast 4BB grade - - - FET Nov 15, 2013
    BFP! Beta 1:104 @ 10dp6dt, Beta 2:178 @ 12dp6dt,  beta 3:366 @ 14dp6dt
    Saw heartbeat twice before missed M/C at 8w3d on 12/27/13, missing my little angel boy
    JUNE 2014 IVF#2;  5R, 2M, 1F Three day transfer 6/7.  Beta 6/18 - BFN
    Child Free Now?

    Okay, that sounds pretty good then. I should probably start it today or tomorrow. I can't believe I forgot what she told me! I guess my brain is just on auto-dumb since I have a 4 day weekend and I refuse to do much that requires thinking hahaha.

    I do 2dpIUI. But I hear 3dpIUI or 3dpo more often.
    Started TTC 2/2009
    Started fertility treatments 11/2010
    Ovarian dysfunction, LPD, male factor
    6 failed medicated IUI's
    Pregnant 5/2011 - Miscarriage at 6 weeks due to triploidy
    Decided to adopt - 6/2012
    SURPRISE! Pregnant without intervention - 7/2012 
    Sweet Baby James Born 3/2013
    Decided to be "One and Done"

    ....OR NOT.
    Pregnant 12/2018 despite birth control pills
    Here we go again...
    Due 8/26/19!

    Thats kind of what I thought she said. I was just so surprised I had +OPKs for almost a week!

    My RE has me start 2dpiui, but I have very low progesterone.  3dpo/dpiui is most common.
    DX: Anovulation
    TX: IUI #1-4 = BFN + 1 c/p
    IUI #5: Clomid 100mg + Bravelle + Trigger + B2B IUIs + 800mg Progesterone = BFP!
    Beta #1 (14dpiui): 460 Beta #2 (16dpiui): 998 Beta #3 (23dpiui): 21,832 Beta #4 (29dpiui): 129,771

    My RE told me 3 DPO, but then I mentioned H was out of town and he goes - oh, then you might as well start the next day (which was 2 DPO).

    I've started on either 2 or 3dpIUI.  Good luck!

    Married June 2007, TTC since May 2010. Me=40, age-related infertility, DOR, low prog, low AMH. DH=37,low morph.
    IUI#1 (Dec. 2011)=BFN, IUI#2=unexpected early O=TI=BFN. Official IUI#2=BFN.
    IUI#3=3/17/12=BFN.
    Stims for IVF#1 started 7/6/12. ER done 7/15/12. ICSI and AH. Transferred 2 embies 7/17/12. Stick little ones, stick! Beta 7/30/12=BFN HcG less than 2.
    Surprise BFP while deciding next steps! EDD: 5/10/13
