DS still very much is like a newborn with his daytime sleep - up for an hour and a half to 2 hours, sleep for 45 minutes. Wash, rinse and repeat. Sometimes, he's barely up an hour before wanting to go back to sleep, which tells me that maybe his previous nap was interrupted. We do swaddle and use white noise for naps.
Any idea when daytime wakefulness and sleep will start consolidating so we can start looking forward to those 2 hour naps and some longer stretches of wakefulness?
Re: Consolidating daytime sleep?
LOL at least your LO takes naps!! Unless I'm wearing DD she won't sleep for more than 10 mins!
But I am glad her nights are usually 6:30- 9am!
