Dumb Question and off topic...I don't understand tinypic.com

I know a lot of you ladies use this site to resize your pics but I am not getting it.

I'm at tinypic.com and I try to join but it brings be to a page to join photobucket. I'm already a photobucket member, so I enter in my login and password and it doesn't work for tinypic. But there is also an area on the front page where it looks you can upload pics without being a member? I add my picture from my desktop, chose to share it to my email and upload. But it never gets emailed to me! Help

    I don't know what other ladies do, but I don't use tinypic like that.

    I don't sign in or anything. First I resize using paint, then just upload to tinypic. Not saying that is the easiest way, but that's what I do.

    I don't sign in either.  I just upload my picture on that first page and choose not to share.
