I have 2 Daughters that are 16 months apart that will need to share a room eventualy. I am not sure when to bring the youngest into the nursery with her big sister. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!! TIA

My DDs are 5 months and 2 years old (so 19 months apart). We moved DD2 in to thier bedroom about 2 months ago and (for the most part) it's gone very well. DD2 had a lot of sleep issues in the beginning and they got a lot better around 3 months. So, once her night time antics had calmed down a bit we made the move. She still wakes 1-2 times per night to BF but goes right back to sleep and very rarely wakes DD1 up in the process.

I got lucky and my little one was sleeping through the night beautifully almost right away. We moved her to the guest room briefly to make sure she would still sleep well away from me and then in with her brother just under 2 months. We still have the bassinet in the guest room for naps because her schedule isn't solid yet and they both are lighter sleepers during the day.
My son still wakes up in the night and my daughter often wakes in the morning before her brother, and neither of them wakes the other. Last night I even let my son cry for almost 20 min and she didn't wake up.
I just moved my girls in together at 2 and 3.5 years old, but looks like yours are younger and I'd probably just aim for when both are sleeping as regularly as possible through the night.
