Bleeding post partum?

I'm 3 wks pp and the bleeding seemed to pretty much stop the last few days until today-I've had bright red blood-not a lot by Amy means maybe a couple tablespoons so far. Was just curious if it's normal to have a few days of virtually nothing then some?

Yes, completely normal...  even though it's subsided, it can come back from time to time for a few weeks.

Other mamas have said that you worry when you soak a pad in an hour.

3 weeks pp today and I still get spotting.. some days more than others.. but barely even worg a pad .. it's usually only after wiping when using the bathroom

I am 4 weeks pp today and was doing fine - just some spotting.  Today is heavier...

I had spotting up until a few days ago, and I am almost 6 weeks pp.  I am hoping it is gone for good now, but it did go away and then start up again in the 4th week.

I've had this too. Usually when I've done a lot in a day. I'm 3.5 weeks post partum. The nurse at my Dr. office told me it was okay and could be break through bleeding and I was okay unless I had a fever/chills, soak through a pad an hour, clots bigger than a ping pong ball or had a tender stomach. If any of those happen I was to seek medical attention ASAP.
