My DD is a little bit over 4 months and her sleep routine is at about 8:00 she gets a bottle and then I sing her to sleep in my arms around 9pm. She usually sleeps in DH's arms for 1.5 to 2 hours ( he enjoys that time) and then she wakes and we feed her, (sometime she is up for over an hour for this feeding ( working on this) so she ends up falling asleep in her co sleeper in my bed with me between 12am-1am. She for a good 3-5 hours and then wakes and I sooth her back to sleep, usually in about 15 mins, same things happens 2 or so more times before we get up for the day between 9:30-11am. She does not get a bottle or need one for about 11-12 hours. What is weird is she wakes up and doesn't cry, she just squirms around then I just shhh she back to sleep. She does this about 2-3 times a night. Does anyone else's LO do this at night? Do they co-sleep or sleep in their crib? Im just not sure if maybe now is the time to switch her to her crib or if this is the 4 month regression and I will just wait until its over.

Re: 4 month sleep habits (Repost from 3-6)
Babies wake up several times a night regardless of where they sleep. If she is not crying or wanting to be fed, she just wants a little mommy reassurance. As long as you, DH, and baby girl are getting enough sleep, I wouldn't worry too much.
The sleep regression usually comes with tears and it takes a lot more than shushing to get the baby back to sleep.
We co-slept and knew it was time to transition when she was 5 months. She was not sleeping well and would wake up crying with any movement that DH or I made. We put her in her crib and she has been STTN pretty well since then.
