Birthmom _ introducing myself

Hi there.. I am a birthmom.. I placed my daughter when she was 8 months old. She is now 12.. I am very active in helping other birth mom make sound choices when placing. I have three boys since I have placed and can no longer have children. I know I am a rare breed but I am not looking to adopt a little girl. I hope to get some insite through the eyes of all sides and not just the birthmoms side. I can tell you this journey into adoption has had my feelings of my loss resurface, but lucky for me I can just pick up the phone and call my daughter and I makes it better.  I look forward to meeting everyone.

Yay birthmoms! I placed a son for adoption in Jan '06, and now DH & I have a DS. We're looking into international adoption to continue growing our family. Welcome aboard!
