Update

First, I just want to say thank you for all your T&Ps the other day. You ladies are truly awesome and I really miss this board!

Second, I got a call from the doctor today- I guess they hadn't given me all of my b/w results. It turns out I have a genetic mutation that puts me at high risk for blood clots. They believe this was likely the cause of my losses.

I have an appt with the MFM next week to discuss an aspirin regimen and what the plan is for the next pregnancy. Should make the 2ww fly by!

I believe this is what my co-worker dealt with too! She was put on an asprin regiment and in January welcomed a little boy to the world after multiple late term m/cs. Will be sending t & p your way.

So nice to hear from you! Glad you got some answers and wishing you the best for the future! I have a genetic disorder called Factor V Leiden which causes me to clot as well. I'm currently taking daily low dose aspirin and will be on lovenox shots after delivery for 6 weeks. Feel free to pm me if you have any questions.

It must be a huge relief to get some answers and to know that they have a plan for you.

I'm so pleased to hear that you and DH are slowly starting to heal and move forward with all of this. I cant imagine how scary it all must be. Please continue to keep us up to date on how everything is going. ((hugs))

I am right there with her! I do not have to take aspirin but I am on the shots. Feel free to ask any questions and I wish you lots of luck!

Cupcake!!!!! I have been wondering about you. I am so glad you came back to let us know how you are doing! My BFF has a clotting disorder also. I hope that this helps get to the underlying issue and you can have a healthy pregnancy! We have really missed you being around.
