sooo I'm a unicorn?

ETA: Why don't my stinking bullets show up?!?!

well, my uterus is anyway.

Hey chicas! Long time no chat - outside of Ladies in Waiting that is. So here's what's going on in the land o'superstars:

hit 6 months of TTCAL so we went to Clomid. 1st cycle - p4=18.5 YAY! 2nd cycle p4=4.4 Huh? wtf

AF is no show for 45 days - longest in my life, ever (literally)

got RE referral; had initial appointment

AF finally showed - had CD 3 u/s on Monday - they couldn't "find" my left ovary *sigh*

turned 32 April three

had HSC yesterday - they put me to sleep which was bueno and he found one tube on the right and my ute is shaped like a tube instead of the martini glass shape. He thinks it might be a unicornuate uterus and he's not sure if there's an "accessory horn" and maybe that's what is covering my left side (if it's even there at all).

biggest issues with being a Unicorn: multiple miscarriages in 1st tri, incompetent cervix and pre-term labor

Not so Superstar-ish, huh. I am feeling kind of down about all of this. It was very wow to me. I miss you suckas lots!

I have to run to lunch duty now (no, I don't have kids in my room!), but I'll be back on my conference period to chat and post Ladies in Waiting!

    I am so sorry for the bad news.  I hope the RE is able to come up with a plan for you!!!

    I am sorry that you didn't receive better news.  Hoping that your doc is able to find a plan that works fantastically for you!

    No longer TTC. Diagnosis: Hostile ute. Heartbroken and bitter. Pursuing surrogacy.
    June 2013 - Carrier found! Could this really happen?!

     BFP on Cycle 17 09/27/12. EDD 06/04/12! Please Stick Baby! A/S 01/22/13 Baby looking great. Officially TEAM BLUE! Jack is getting a Baby Brother! RCS scheduled for 05/29/13. William Daryll born at 9:59am on 05/29/13. Left ovary and tube removed due to peach sized tumor found during RCS. Pathology came back benign!

    While I do love a good unicorn, I am sorry your ute decided to take on the persona.  I hope your RE has a way to either fix or work around that for you.  Big hugs!
