You have probably read my scattered posts on trying to get health insurance with DH's CF dx and infertility and wanting to start our FET. I was finally able to get coverage with a maternity rider, approved last Friday, so very expensive but so worth it! And DH gave the ok to cycle this morning. So I called the RE, actually two here, and made the appointment with one for Tuesday evening. I am so nervous thinking about cycling and an FET with our last two embies, plus they need to be transferred from another state and everything that can go wrong before they even make it to thaw, the whole thing makes me nervous. I am so scared after all of this it will not work.
DH also would like me to try a natural FET, which is offered here. I like the idea but fear it will not work and I will regret not having a medicated cycle. My cycles are regular so I would be a candidate for it. I would love any advice on FET (medicated or natural), cycling at a new clinic in a different state, how long did it take you to start your cycle after your inital consult? How long was your protocol? Is it silly for me to miss my old clinic, I just knew how things worked there and wish I could fly back and forth to cycle, silly I know. Thanks for reading this

I had my consult last July, I started IVF in September, I didn't have any frozen at that point, that was a BFN, but had 2 frosties, then did another fresh cycle in Nov/Dec since I had one left on my insurance before it switched, that ended in a c/p.
So my protocol for my FET was 3 estradoil pills a day and then on day 13, I added prometrium 3 times a day, transfer was on day 20 and I continued both those, then at 7 weeks I dropped down to 2 times a day for both those. I also take one baby aspirin a day.
Good Luck, FET's are easy breezy compared to a fresh cycle!
