Ugh! Anyone know and prolapse postpartum and exercise? (TMI)

A week or so ago I finally took "down there" to survey the damage after more than 3 hours of pushing during delivery. Not so good! I'm pretty sure I have some degree of prolapse - I'm not sure what, but things definitely don't look quite right. Today things look slightly better but still not right.

I also feel a lot of pressure when I've been walking or standing for awhile. I am absolutely dying to begin exercising again, but I'm worried I'm going to delay healing. Anyone with advice or a similar experience? I'll ask at my 6 week checkup but that's not for more than a week...TIA.
