Update on Friend

I posted three weeks ago asking for prayers for a friend that was just 30 weeks and put on bed rest for high blood pressure.  She is going to be delivering today at 3 pm via C-Section because the baby is not growing anymore.  She was 33 weeks on Monday.  She never developed Pre-E, just gestational hypertension.  They gave her a round of steroid shots when she was first admitted and did a growth ultrasound.  They did another growth ultrasound the other day and the baby was only estimated to be 2 ounces bigger in the 3 weeks.  My friend was given a second round of steroid shots on Monday & Tuesday.

Please keep her and her baby girl in your thoughts and prayers today.  I will try to update but will be travelling for the Easter holiday.

Thanks ladies, I know how much this board helped during my experience with Logan.  I told her to be strong and that it is a roller coaster ride.  She is in an amazing hospital and in very good hands.
