switching formulas? similac for spit up causing more spit up?

our twins are 3 months old and i recently tried putting them on similac for spit up (they also get bm) because we had been using advanced and thickening with oatmeal for reflux but they were getting gassy so i decided to try something already thicker.  well now they spit up almost with every burp! it seems different than reflux but is a good amount more than before we switched. not sure if i should try another formula. how long do you try one? i feel like there is something wrong with everything we try!

    i had the same prob with my lo and the similac....i switched to enfamil after 2days and didnt have the prob again

    My pedi recommended the similac isomil. It's great for gas and she hasn't spit up hardly at all since the switch! It's really easy on their tummies.
