Tornados! Yikes!

A massive storm hit Dallas and is headed our way! Most of the severe parts are north of us, so hopefully the tornados won't be in our area. This is so much scarier with a baby. I have her bag ready in case we need to leave or stay in the bathroom. If you live in tornado alley what do you do during a warning? Do you have anything you do differently now with a baby.

Went right over our heads. Sirens going off and everything! I didn't do anything different, I cleaned out our downstairs closet and was prepared to hide out in there.

We haven't had to deal with a SUPER close one but I don't think we would really do anything differently. Our basement is cleaned out and stocked with an emergency kit though, which is more than most people I know.

Ughh, that's my worst nightmare!!! Literally!  I had to develop an emergency shut in plan for work in case of a tornado, and have had recurring nightmares of them ever since!!  I hope you guys are safe!!

We are safe. We just got hit with a nasty thunderstorm. All of the tornados stopped before they got to us, then started after our city again. We were lucky.
