Well obviously Lucius is not a guilty pleasure name for me!  Our best friends' son is named Errol.  Both are HP names.  There are tons of HP names I like that wouldn't venture into guilty pleasure territory (Alastair, George, Molly, etc.).

So for me, actual guilty pleasure names would be:

Luna, Narcissa, Fleur

Severus (LOVE it, but it's too "out there" for me)
