Miscarriage Update

I just wanted to give an update on what I decided to do.  Saturday night at 7:30pm I took the Cytotec.  My doctor told me to wait on taking the pain meds until I felt I needed it.  So I waited.  At 8:00pm I started getting intense cramps.  I took a vicodin but it was too late.  I had severe cramping for an hour until my pain meds kicked in.  Then things went pretty well once I had the pain under control. 

I started bleeding around 4:00 am and it was just like a normal flow.  Around 7:30 am I took the second dose of cytotec.  By 11:00am, I had a lot of bleeding and passed a lot of tissue.  I think everything passed at that time. 

Since then I have had light spotting and I'm still pretty crampy.  I took Monday and Today off.  I plan on going back to work tomorrow.  Not to happy about it but I think I need to get back in the swing of things.  Just worried about the cramping.  Augh, and I wish I could not feel so sad and since it will be the first time i'm really alone with my thoughts it scares me.

I think physically you will be feeling better but emotionally I'm not so sure.  Hopefully your boss will be understanding if you need to leave at some point during the day or I hope you work at the type of a job where you can work by yourself for the next few days.  In either case I hope your day tomorrow goes smoothly but just be prepared if you need to leave early and don't feel bad if you do.
