I usually do a quick squeeze, just so I don't have any leaks.

I don't wring them really well, but I fold and squeeze so that I'm not dripping on the floor on the way to the pail.

I do with my AIOs - I fold them back over in half, and roll them up.  My husband doesn't, but I have a hanging wet bag and don't want the elastic hooks to get all worn out quickly
