I am looking for a book to get for my husband on becoming a Dad? I am looking for something that is not a big novel. Something with shorter, to the point information (otherwise he'll lose his interest) that has an element of humor and fun? Any suggestions?
Re: XP: Book for the Father-to-Be?
The BF likes The New Dad's Survival Guide: Man-to-Man Advice for First-Time Father. It's pretty humorous but it does tell you a lot.
You can get it on Amazon for less than $11. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0316159956/ref=oh_o05_s00_i01_details
I bough this book:

He really likes it, its short and funny.

My husband is reading Pregnancy Sucks: For Men. It's pretty informative, but also pretty funny. I've actually been reading it, too. It's more interesting than the book I bought for myself. :-)
Hubby adored this one for pregnancy:

The next one in the series for 0-12 months:

And this one for 12-4/5 years:

These are straight-forward, well written, witty and a great reference. Highly recommend them.
