Getting prego after Seasonique

Okay so I have 2 so far...my first i was fairly young and was switching birth control pills so that was a no brainer, my 2nd I was on depo shot for 9 months and then stopped getting it because it had very negative effects, took my another 6 months to get my period back and then got pregnant right after, but that was almost 4 years ago now. I've been on the birth control pill seasonique for almost 2 years and I stopped taking it offically back in January 2012. I had my first AF on March 21st 2012 and it was about a week long, so just waiting for ovulation now...Has anyone had trouble getting pregnant after birth control pills??

Apparently I have had trouble getting pregnant after BC since I have been off of them 23 months.  Everyone is different.

I have been off the pill since July 2010(was on it for 11 years). This past month was the first month that was close to my pre pill cycle. If I were you I would start charting, checking CM and using OPK. I just finished reading "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. It was an amazing book and I highly recommend it. Good Luck.

I was on Seasonale (sp?) and it took me 7 months to get pregnant.  I was charting from the start and did not ovulate my first cycle off.  After that I did, but it took a few months for my LP to be long enough to support a pregnancy.  Good luck!

I was on BC for 9 years it's taken a jump start of clomid and a total of 9 months to get a reg cycle....everyone is different

Whaaaaaaaaat? a jump start of Clomid? what does that even mean?

Just a word of advice, the crazies I mean ladies around here frown upon the use of the word Prego.

Well i temped for about 3 months and realized I wasn't O'ing.  I was due for my yearly exam so I mentioned it to my dr.  Right away she said oh let's try clomid.  Well stupid me thought well ok she obviously knows more about ovulation than I do so I did it.  After about 3 months of being on clomid and reading around I said aww h*ll no to clomid and crossed that dr off my to see list.  After I stopped the clomid I was ovulating but kind of all over the place.  This month was my actually first cycle I had figured out.

I was also on Seansonique,. I stopping my BC in June 2011, still waiting. I was on BC for 13 years. It has been said already, but everyone's different. Good luck!

Okay well sorry for using the word Prego..Prego, pregnant..tomatoe tomata?? lol...anyways I've always had irregular cycles and i'm almost positive i O'd about a week before my cycle started on the 21st of March, and my AF lasted close to a week, so i'm watching for O this time around.
