E2 Dropping before ER?

I'm concerned that my E2 level has dropped the day before retrieval (tomorrow).  It was 2226 on Sunday morning and today it is 1525.  Not sure what this means but could I have ovulated an egg(s) before retrieval and that is why my level dropped?  I feel so sick to my stomach with worry now.

Me:40 AMA, DH:36 0% morph, TTC#1;
BFP#1 4/2011, MMC 6/2011 11wks Trisomy 13;
BFP#2 11/2011, CP
FSH: 17.9, AMH: 2.2
IVF#1 w/ICSI: ER 4/3: 5R,4M,4F
ET 4/6 All 4 (1-8A+, 2-8A-, 1-3A) BFP#3
Two weeks of beta hell = Blighted Ovum
IVF#2 Aug/Sept: ER 8/27: 4R,3M,3F
ET 8/30 (1-8A+, 1-6A+)
Beta#1 9/10: 350; Beta#2 9/12: 796; Beta#3 9/20: 9155
Expecting Boy/Girl Twins! My babies were born 4/23/13 at 36w1d!

    It could be because you had some follies that started to grow but quit and went away. They would have been the smaller ones not your good ones. They would have been able to tell that you were about to ovulate because your LH levels would have been rising. I think you are all set and will do great at ER. Each mature follie equals 200 in E2.

    13R. We have 3 CCS Normal Embryos!


    Lupron Depot: May 2013 to August 2013
    Long awaited FET on 9/3. 2TFR'ed.
    BFP on FRER 5dp5dt: IN SHOCK!
    Beta1 9/10: 152.7! Beta2 9/12: 378! Beta3 9/14: 1224! 

    1st ultrasound 10/1: TWO beautiful heartbeats!  Overjoyed!

    Good to know this, I just got my E2 for ER Wednesday and it is 2000 so hopefully increases tomorrow and therefore more eggies!

    Multiple ectopics, 2 failed IVF's
    IVF #1: Did not get to ET, embies all failed PGD (major chromosomal defects)
    IVF #2: We have 2 chromosomally perfect embies as a result of PGD (Boy/Girl) 1 failed the thaw (Girl) Transferred 1, yet ended as a c/p
    Thought it was the end of our TTC Journey 6/20/2012
    SHOCK BFP 9/28/2012: IT'S A BOY! and everything is normal !!!!!!

    Little A born 38w 2d on 05/23/13 and is a true miracle for this IF Vet!

    No advice (I'd definitely ask your doc this question in the morning, though) but wanted to wish you well -- may your retrieval yield lots of mature eggs.  In the meantime, try to relax as much as you can -- it sounds like things have been going very well for you in general, and I bet they'll keep going well.

    Yeah they told me generally it is not good when E2 drops but they want to look at the cycle as a whole, whatever that means.  I guess I'll find out tomorrow.

    Good luck tomorrow. 

    I have no advice, just speculating and wondering if you released that lead follicle you had at 19 a few days ago and what you are seeing now are the other that were left behind.

    Can it do that? I don't know.
