Back from Beta #2, results are in (longish)

Hello,

I'm going to echo Lynda's thoughts, in NO WAY do I want to AW by posting a "BFP post" twice, but this spotting and bleeding (9 days now) really had/has me worried, and I wanted to update you.

My first beta was 979, and three days later my beta was 2967! They don't want me back for a third beta, so I'm slowly accepting that I finally need to relax a bit and happily announce, "I'm PREGNANT!" I'm still bleeding (in my opinion, a bit), and even though its red blood my nurse says not to worry. She said that 9/10 of the people she hears from experience bleeding on Endometrin (I'm taking it twice a day), and though she can't be sure--she attributes the bleeding to that. Those reassuring words sealed the deal on pushing some of the worry out of my brain.

Of course I know I'm not out of the woods yet, but I'm one step closer to my baby dreams than I've ever been. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate ALL of the love and support that you have shown me. If its OK with you, I'll still be lurking here and there to post if I can be of any help. After 2 years, I'm shocked to say this--but I think I"m going to start lurking on PAIF as well. I hope to see you there very soon. I know that you are all fabulous and supportive women, and it is sad for me to "move on" (but I know how you feel about those hangers-on...lol). Let's just say I hope to see you on PAIF soon.

After each bout of trying naturally with temping (over a year), 3 failed IUIs (7 months) and oneSUCCESSFUL IVF round, I MADE myself stay as positive as possible, and my "optimistic theme song" as DH puts it is "It Happened Today" by REM (and guest vocals by eddie vedder) I listened to it on the way to my second beta and absolutely ugly cried happy tears. I never thought it would happen. It happened. And it will happen to you too.

Woohoo! I'm glad to hear your beta came in strong and your spotting is insignificant. H&H 9 months to you!

Does anyone know how to make my link clicky? When I click on the hyperlink button after highlighting what I want to link nothing happens. (its my first day with my new Macbook...don't know how to use things yet)
