Im feeling kinda numb right now and knew i could come here!
First off the HSG was PAINFULL!!
SA and CD3 were very good but HSG showed one fully blocked and one partially blocked tube.. I need to get one if not both removed if she cant save the second one. The RE said I will most likely need both removed and will need to do IVF.
I am to start BCP next cycle to prepare for the laparoscopy & hysteroscopy..
I spent about an hour just crying and now just feel kind of numb.
Re: Results from HSG, SA, and CD3 :/
So sorry to hear about your test results.
This may be a totally idiotic suggestion, but could you get a second opinion?
TTC since June 2010.

Thank you for the support!
She is going to try to unblock the partially blocked one but also said it could be a risk of ectopic pregnancy. Said the blocked one will need to be removed judging by the images it won't be able to be saved. I most likely have endo which does run in the family but will know status after lap.
I am still new to all of this and am learning from all of yall; so I'm not sure on everything and was told to just think on what to do with the partially blocked tube.
I have done a lot of research on this doctor and she has only great reviews so I trust her completely. I have looked for others but not as great reviews. I am using RMA on Texas.
I am not giving up and am willing to do what best increases the chance of a healthy pregnancy, just feel a little lost right now I guess. I was not expecting the HSG to come back like it did. But I'm sure none of us were expecting to be in this boat.
*Married 12/30/2009*
*TTC since 11/2010*
*Left tube fully blocked, needs to be removed*
*Right tube partially blocked, hoping to save but may be removed as well*
*RE suspects endo*
*laparoscopy & hysteroscopy coming soon*
I'm sorry for the bad news.
I try to look for the good in the situation to help me get through it. When I found out MHs post wash count for our IUI, I was numb because count wasn't even our problem. But, I thought, well at least the treatment path is clear. At least we won't waste money on IUIs that won't work. At least we know that we need IVF and can move forward with that now.
I know it's probably not comforting right now, but knowing for sure what treatment you need can certainly be a blessing. I do hope that one tube can be saved though!
I'm so sorry to hear what you are going through; but yes, I hope that the doctors will do whatever is best for you! Keep us posted.
